This film documents the first annual Art and All That Jazz Festival recorded live on August 15, 16, 17, 2003.  The event took place at Studio Channel Island Art Center on the campus of California State University, Channel Islands.

The DVD features performances by Billy Mitchell, Ira Nepus, Mitch Holder, Equinox Jazz Ensemble, Estrada Brothers, Jeanne Tatum, Teka, Rob Kyle, Spanky Wilson, and the great trumpeter-keyboard artist Jeff Elliott. There are also interviews with some of the musicians and artists.
